What is the Haliburton Craft Brewers Fest?


It's a festival celebrating the art of small, independent, and traditional craft brewers, a chance to eat interesting and tasty food and an appreciation of local musicians.  You can stay for the total hours at the event or go out of the festival  grounds to explore the many attractions in our local community.  Your wrist bracelet allows you entrance back into the festival grounds.

What are the festival's hours?

11: 00 am to 9:00 pm

How do I get tickets?

Tickets are available at the Admission Gate on York Street


​​​​ What are tokens used for?


 1 beer token will be used for a 4oz sample of beer or 2 beer tokens for a 8oz sample of beer at the festival.

How much do tokens cost?

Beer Tokens are 4 for $10.00  and they can be purchased at the event.

What do I do with my unused tokens at the end of the festival?

We are sorry but there is no refund on purchased tokens.

I don't want to drink alcohol, can I still come?

Of course!  There is an entrance fee of  $5.00 for non drinking adults and youth 13 and up

Children age  12 years or younger are free

What food will be available?

There will be a variety of tasty food offerings! Vegetarian options will be available.

Will water be available?

Yes, there will be bottled water for sale.   Please stay hydrated.

Are outside foods or drinks permitted?



Can I smoke at the festival?

There is no smoking on the festival grounds but your wrist band allows you to come and go and you will be able to smoke outside the grounds.

Will there be ATMs at the festival?

There are 3 ATMs available in Haliburton.



Parking is available in the public parking lots, local streets, the Haliburton Highlands Secondary School parking lot and the Municipality parking lot.

Are there washrooms at the festival?




Will there be music at the festival?

Live bands will be playing from 11:00 am to 9:00 pm with DJ music between their set up and take down periods.

Will there be any activities at the festival?

Definitely! There will be lots of fun activities to do while you enjoy your beer and food.

What is the pour glass?

 Beer samples will ONLY be served in the official Festival pour glass or a plastic 8oz glass. 


I bought a ticket but I can't make it. Can I get a refund?


We're sorry but there are no refunds.

Can I bring my children?

Yes, children age 13-18 are$5.00 and age 12 and under are free

Are pets allowed?

Yes but they must be well behaved and on a leash

If I leave the festival can I come back in?


Yes, your wrist  band will allow you to re-enter as long as it has not been removed from your wrist.

What happens if the weather is bad?

The event is rain or shine! Come dressed to to enjoy

Is there tents for shade, table and chairs

YES, we have a large 40 x 60 tent with lots of tables and chairs, but it would be wise to bring your own portable chair.
